This award-winning travel business is looking for a Social Media Manager, to join their hugely successful business, which has offices throughout Europe. Job Description:
In this role, you will create content, support campaigns, and optimise social media to boost engagement and drive results.
* Develop and deliver creative social media content, including filming, editing, and presenting
* Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule, with full attention to quality control
* Plan and implement campaigns with correct setup, targeting, tracking, and creative specifications
* Monitor campaign performance regularly, resolving issues promptly with or without senior input
* Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to track performance and extract insights
* Ensure all reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with performance objectives and OKRs
* Lead influencer outreach and collaborations, measuring impact and enhancing brand presence
* Encourage audience interaction to boost engagement, loyalty, and bookings
* Keep on top of social media trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to inform strategy
* Manage frontline social media communications and competitions, coordinating with internal teams as needed
Experience Required:
* Strong interest in social media and a clear understanding of how it can add value to brands
* Proven experience in the same or a similar role within a b2c industry
* Skilled in community engagement, generating ideas, content creation, copywriting, and reporting
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* A team player with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with others
