Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
* Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is preferred
