About the Role Wakefield Council is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property Risk and PPM Officer to support the effective management of property-related risks and ensure statutory compliance across our diverse property portfolio. Focusing on key safety areas—gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, mechanical, and water safety—you will work closely with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver compliance programmes, planned maintenance, and remedial works to the highest standards.
