As Food and Beverage Manager at Accor oversees the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

15. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
16. Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills ideally should include:
22. Experience of running events and running restaurant operations
23. Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
24. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
25. Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
26. Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

28. Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park.
