Our next-level apartment design offers a variety of studios to suit our residents' lifestyles, providing the privacy of living alone or the joy of living together. We offer style, luxury, and comfort to our residents, surrounded by premium amenities and vibrant city life. We’re expanding our housekeeping team with the appointment of an experienced Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home-from-home cleaning service for our residents’ studio apartments, whilst ensuring our premium site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Provide an exceptional, personalized room cleaning service to residents by ensuring their studios are maintained to a clean, healthy, and presentable standard. Working according to designated schedules, cleaning duties include, but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, anti-bacterial cleaning of surfaces, and making beds.
* Ensure our facilities are respected and well-maintained by residents and guests.
* Maintain the upkeep of our premium site and facilities.
* Be available to deliver solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
* Act as a point of contact for any potential incident or emergency onsite.
* Manage waste areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards as needed.
* Use a smartphone or tablet to record and manage each studio clean: photograph each studio before and after cleaning.
* Report any concerning behavior of students that could indicate welfare issues.
* Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Residence Manager or Residence Manager. Assist in ordering stock to maintain appropriate inventory.
* Understand and follow COSHH regulations to ensure safety when handling cleaning chemicals.

* Experience in large, multi-room residence facilities such as hotels, hospitals, or accommodation buildings.
* Comfortable working with various technology systems and software.
* Good understanding of COSHH regulations and practices.

* Excellent communication skills; multilingual skills are a plus.
* Adaptability, creativity, and a positive attitude.

* Flexibility to work hours as facilities operate 24/7, including holidays and religious celebrations, with some flexibility required from team members.
