About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to be the operational heart of our UK office. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day administrative functions, manage office facilities, and provide exceptional support to our team. This is a hands-on, on-site role perfect for a proactive problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
1.Oversee all aspects of office administration, including facilities management, supplier contracts, and health & safety compliance.
2.Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
3.Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and couriers, maintaining a professional reception.
4.Coordinate meetings, book travel, and assist with event planning.
5.Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership as required.
6.Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
1.Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role.
2.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
3.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
6.A proactive and positive "can-do" attitude.
