creative, passionate Bar Manager
to shape our drinks offering and lead the bar team at this stunning countryside venue.
What you'll do:
· Lead and inspire a talented bar team
· Create cocktails & seasonal drinks menus
· Manage stock, budgets, and smooth-running events
· Deliver unforgettable guest experiences
· Be part of a team that helps and supports the wedding couple on their journey from start to finish.

What we need: bar management experience, hospitality passion, leadership skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and your own transport. Personal Licence a plus.
