Overview
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday The Lead Enterprise Tooling Change Manager will be accountable for designing and delivering the engagement, communication and training plans to rollout out Enterprise PPM tooling and reporting across the organisation that supports the delivery of a £1.5bn capital plan.
The Enterprise Tooling Change Manager will lead the strategic adoption, evolution and optimisation of the Enterprise tooling capabilities that underpin delivery performance insights and decision making. The role will ensure that tools are effectively implemented, embedded, understood and consistently utilised across the organisation.
Change Strategy & Planning
1. Develop a detailed change management strategy and lead continuous improvement across tooling reporting and the delivery hub (in line with organisational goals).
2. Conduct impact assessments across different user groups (EPT, Delivery, Portfolio's, SLT).
3. Build strong relationships with end users (e.g. project managers) to understand real-world challenges.
4. Act as a trusted advisor and challenge when needed to ensure adoption is realistic and achievable.
5. Support the design of ways of working, not just system usage.
6. Design and deliver clear, user-focused communications (avoiding jargon and system-heavy language).
7. Design and deliver practical training and support materials (guides, walkthroughs, quick references).
8. Ensure support is embedded (e.g. help hubs, champions, ongoing guidance).
9. Work with delivery teams to iterate tooling and processes based on real usage.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Organisational Change Management within enterprise environments - Essential.
* Experience supporting technology or tooling implementations (e.g. PMO/PPM tools, ERP, workflow systems) - Essential.
* Experience rolling out Planner Premium across organisations - Desirable.
* Strong understanding of project delivery environments and PMO structures - Essential.
* Extensive change management experience delivering complex solutions across an Enterprise - Essential.
* Demonstrate a depth of experience in shaping and managing change through to completion - Essential.
* Knowledge of PPM tooling and reporting capabilities - Essential.
* Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and drive to improve and uphold standards set out across the organisation.
* Experience working close to delivery and knowledge of PMO practices, quality assurance and governance.
* Ability to train, mentor, and coach individuals on the benefits of continuous improvement and process management.
