Base Salary is £45,483 with uncapped OTE – £52,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme. You will be representing British Gas in customers\' homes and will have support from managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues. Some jobs can be challenging and experience across different boilers and central heating systems and manufacturers is essential.
Responsibilities
* Join our team of experienced Gas Engineers to ensure customers receive help when they need it, including same-day service where possible.
* Attend service visits or complex breakdowns and uphold the British Gas Service Promise.
* Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
What we’re looking for
* Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
* Three years of fault finding and diagnostic experience
* Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination boiler systems
