We all travel, you can expect discussions and tips for your future trips We are looking for: Comprehensive experience as a mixed method researcher Education: anthropology, psychology, sociology, philosophy with focus on strategic design research, innovation, data analysis and visualisation You have demonstratable experience with Design Thinking and Innovation frameworks (JTBD) throughout your roles You have expertise in applying research for product design and optimisation, service design, business design and innovation projects Well versed in Ethnographic in-depth research and other qualitative methods, trend analysis, benchmarking, competitive analysis Experience with online surveys, web data measuring and their combination Experience with online research tools (Gainsight, Useberry, Userinterviews, Dovetail) Strong Team player Strong Stakeholder management experience Advocate for the research discipline within the organisation Strategic Thinking is a must
