Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in supporting the employment department, working on a diverse range of matters for both private and public sector clients. Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, policies and tribunal submissions
2. Conduct legal research to support the team in providing accurate and timely advice to clients
3. Liaise with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure a high level of client care
4. Maintain accurate records and manage case files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
5. Support the team in preparing for and attending tribunal hearings and other legal proceedings
Requirements
6. Previous Paralegal experience
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships
8. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
9. Proficiency in legal research and a solid understanding of Employment Law principles
10. Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
