Responsibilities: We will rely on you to drive improvements in performance reporting by designing and enhancing frameworks, dashboards, and reports. You will produce high-quality regulatory and benchmarking returns that are accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, supported by strong SQL data extraction and transformation. You will work closely with business teams to deliver customer-focused insight that supports service improvement. You will drive data quality improvements by working with business leads to strengthen validation, governance, and accountability. You will translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful insight for customers and stakeholders. You will support the development of our data warehouse, BI tooling, and reporting infrastructure. You will manage and develop analysts within the team. You may deputise for the Information & Intelligence Manager when required.
