Description Wood require a temporary Senior Administrator located in the Northop, Flintshire, Wales. This position for 6 months but has likely option to extend. Duties to include: General administrative support. Compile manhours and frequency data. Report on HSE performance. Provide contract administration support to HSE Team: Prepare requisitions and call off orders. Manage accruals. Liaise with other departments to support a smooth and effective contract management process. To ensure full adherence to the company requirements. Manage invoices for all HSE contracts HSE Systems: Manage and provide guidance in the use relevant HSE systems. Provide training in relevant HSE systems. IMT Co-ordination Maintain IMT rota. IMT weekly handover briefing. Organise training for all IMT roles and exercises. Provide general administrative support to the HSE Team, including travel arrangements Coordinate HSE workshops Close-out all required actions in a timely manner Participate in Emergency response duties, as required Adhere to HSE requirements. Fully comply with Eni Code of Ethics and Law 231 principles Qualifications Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Proficient IT skills essential Administrative experience Knowledge of SAP is beneficial, but not essential
