International Sales Manager – Global Factory Automation

Salary: £70,000–£75,000 base + OTE (six-figure package)

This global leader in factory automation builds precision machinery that powers defect-free production for some of the biggest names in manufacturing. As they expand their international footprint, they’re seeking a commercially driven Distributor Sales Manager to energize and elevate their global channel network.
Your Mission
You’ll be the go-to expert for distributors and agents worldwide—arming them with the tools, training, and technical insight they need to win. From joint customer visits to strategic sales coaching, you’ll help partners unlock new opportunities and deliver exceptional value to end users. Expect 40% international travel and a high-impact remit that spans multiple continents.
What You’ll Be Driving
* Strengthening and scaling distributor and agent relationships across global markets
* Delivering hands-on training, technical support, and strategic sales guidance
* Joining customer meetings to support solution selling and boost margins
* Championing a premium product portfolio known for quality and innovation
What You Bring
We’re looking for a proven sales leader with:
* A track record of driving performance through distributor and channel management
* Experience selling bespoke capital equipment, factory automation, or special purpose machinery
* Strong exposure to manufacturing end-users in sectors such as:
* Electronics / PCBa / SMT
* Coating & Converting
* Web Print / Packaging / Security Print
* EV Battery / Printed Electronics
