Full time. 34.5 hours per week. Working Night Shifts.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour is paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.
St Teresa's is a single-storey home for 27 adults with physical disabilities.

Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction program for everyone!
Duties:
* Assisting with daily tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
* Escorting and assisting in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
* Supporting our Person-Centred approach, encouraging independence, and helping achieve individual aspirations.
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have good interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
* Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
* Ideally have personal care experience (not essential).
* Be able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Be flexible to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota if required.
