An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities industry.
They are looking for a site based Technical Facilities Manager to work on at a high profile commercial building based in White City, West London.
The building is home to a leading research institution and the main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all facilitieswithin the building are maintained to a very high standard.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee andmanage the total fm package on site including M&E, cleaning, security, events and helpdesk.
2. Coordinate contractor call out and attendance for all proactiveand reactive works
3. Coordinate survey, quotation and presentation of competitive pricing for works packages as required
4. Assist with vendor relationship management, ensuring agreed service levels are attained
5. Assist with financial activities
6. Maintain contracts schedule and flag up expiring contracts for renewal to FM
7. Assist with space planning and office moves coordination
8. Carry out monthly office inspection...
