Who You Are:
Passionate about fashion and a fast-paced environment, our Sales Assistants are MK Ambassadors, representing the vision of Michael Kors. Our Ambassadors are empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience and, as team players, collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.
What You’ll Do:
* Represent our Icons collection and be an expert in clientelling and driving ICON business
* Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
* Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
* Maintain floor and stock presence.
* Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
* Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and advise our customers with passion and confidence.
* Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
You’ll Need to Have:
* Previous clientelling experience
* Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
* Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve results.
* Technological proficiency, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
* Local language skills and effective communication abilities.
