Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of our city/town sales strategy, building and managing a network of state/regional sales teams while driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute city/town-level sales strategy
* Build and manage city/town-level sales teams
* Drive revenue growth and market penetration
* Establish and maintain high-value client relationships
* Oversee commission structures and team performance
* Report directly to international management
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
* Proven track record in IT/technical services sales
* Experience managing multi-state operations
* Strong understanding of digital services and SEO
* Demonstrated P&L responsibility
* Excellence in team building and leadership
