We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of electrical wiring single and 3 phase systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Review and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
* Implement preventive maintenance programmes to enhance system reliability.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities and resolve any technical issues.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
* Must be able to problem solve.
* Carryout meetings with the customers.
* Create daily reports.
* Know how to do RAMS and Risk assessments.
* Ordering materials & Booking jobs in.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
* Experience in supervising electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
* Familiarity with electrical schematics, logic controllers, and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
