Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across the Gainsborough area for long-term roles starting in September 2026.
We are working in partnership with local Primary Schools that are seeking skilled TAs to provide high-quality classroom support, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for all pupils.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning by:
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Helping to plan and deliver targeted interventions
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, where required
What We're Looking For:
* A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a school setting
* A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning
