Job Purpose:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Gas Engineer to carry out installations, servicing, breakdowns, and repairs across a range of domestic properties. The successful candidate will be Gas Safe registered and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out gas boiler installations, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer instructions and regulations
* Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and heating systems
* Perform landlord gas safety checks (CP12) and issue certificates
* Install, commission, and maintain gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires, etc.)
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude
* Ensure work complies with current Gas Safe and Building Regulations
* Complete all relevant documentation and digital reports accurately and on time
* Maintain safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures
* Manage own van stock and maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Requirements (Essential):
* Gas Safe Registered (with up-to-date certification)
* ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc.)
* Proven experience in domestic gas engineering
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* LPG or Commercial Gas qualifications (if applicable)
* Experience working with smart thermostats and heating controls
* ASHP
