Career Teachers are recruiting on behalf of several secondary schools in Kettering and surrounding areas. We are seeking full-time or part-time subject specialist teachers.
Role:
Pay: £140.00 - £230.00 per day

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of teaching methods and lesson planning, the ability to create engaging learning environments, and a passion for subject development and continuous learning. Effective communication, motivation skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and child welfare are essential. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is also important.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Plan engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to adapt teaching strategies.
* Motivate students through creative and effective teaching.
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and manage behaviour.
* Communicate with parents and track student development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Degree in English Literature & Language or relevant subject.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; unqualified teachers considered.
* Previous secondary school teaching experience.
* Fluent in English.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
