We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part time basis to cover long-term to provide valuable support to our students and teachers.
Position Overview: As a teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students across various age groups and abilities.
Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Has to be Level 3 HLTA Qualified
* Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar support role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of students.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and classroom settings.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.

To be eligible for this role you must:
* Hold proof of right to work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the update service
* Provide 2 references to cover the last 24 months minimum
