Role Summary
We are seeking Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients with complex and high-dependency health needs. This role involves delivering specialist care, promoting independence, and supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with long-term conditions, disabilities, or high-dependency requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver specialist care for clients with complex health needs, including PEG feeding, epilepsy management, and spinal injuries
*
Assist with all aspects of personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and continence management
*
Administer medication in line with care plans and legal requirements
*
Support daily living: mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment (hoists, mobility aids, etc.)
*
Encourage independence and dignity in line with personalised care plans
*
Support clients’ daily routines, hobbies, education, and community activities
*
Report concerns or safeguarding issues promptly, following company policies
*
Participate in care plan reviews and contribute to assessments
About Our Services
Isabella Court:
A welcoming 8-bed residential support service near the centre of Pickering. We provide 24-hour support for 7 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as complex health and mobility needs.
Market Court:
A 1-bed homely complex support service in the heart of Pickering. We provide 24-hour support for a lady with a learning disability, epilepsy, and a spinal injury.
