Senior Manager - Employee Relations
Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
Salary: £80,000-90,000 (Plus car allowance, bonus and great benefits)

In this role you will be working with a team of 30 reports, managing a large volume of cases, measuring success through KPIs and driving improvement and culture change whilst mainlining the highest levels dignity and respect in the ER processes.
