We're now looking for a Traffic Administrator to join our busy traffic department and support effective yard and load management.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Booking trailers in and out while maintaining accurate yard management records
* Communicating with hauliers to coordinate arrivals, departures, and collections
* Chasing outstanding collections and resolving late delivery queries
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth traffic department operations
* Assigning loads to be prepared and ready for outbound dispatch
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Have experience using WMS and/or yard management systems
* Are confident communicators and comfortable dealing with drivers and stakeholders
* Are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Work well as part of a team and contribute to a fast-paced environment
* Have strong administrative skills or experience in a similar logistics/traffic role
