You will manage day-to-day operations of your shift, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and building codes. You will also act as the HV Authorised Person (HVAP), overseeing safe electrical work practices and isolations. Key Responsibilities Shift Management - Responsible for the day-to-day management of your shift team, ensuring smooth operations and effective task delegation. - Maintain high standards of housekeeping, documentation, and communication during shift handovers. - Act as a point of contact for escalations and urgent issues during your shift
