Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. This is a full-time role based in Stratford, CT.
* Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
* Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
* Field customer questions and complaints; escalate issues beyond your knowledge to the appropriate staff.
* Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
* Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Acquire knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or customer service area.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
* This is a temporary 6-week role. Permanent placement is possible based on business needs and performance, but not guaranteed.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Customer service experience required.
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
* Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer grievances.
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
