Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a successful window and door business based in Northampton.
We are looking for a candidate who has a background in Fenestration/ Windows and Doors and has recent experience in order processing. Applicants must be able to understand construction drawings and technical information.
The role:
1. 1st look at surveys, input ready for them to be checked and processed.
2. Stock Orders/ checks
3. Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for installation
4. Chasing late/ missing deliveries
5. Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
6. Assist with Admin duties as required
The candidate:
7. Must have experience using, window designer, or similar industry specific order processing systems
8. Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must
9. Excellent attention to detail
10. Able to manage own workload
11. Good communication and customer service experience
12. Must currently reside in the UK
