* Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies related to project financing, regulatory reporting, and governmental accounting requirements.
* Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, accounts payable/receivable, and banking relationships.
* Lead strategic planning initiatives by forecasting financial outcomes, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting business development efforts.
* Coordinate with project managers to monitor project costs, perform cost accounting, and implement cost control measures.
* Supervise financial software systems for accurate general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and financial report writing.
