Role: Introducer Support & Engagement Coordinator
Full-Time | Flexible within 8am–8pm (Core: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)

We’re on the hunt for someone warm, whip-smart, and wildly organised to join our Strategic Relations team as our Introducer Support & Engagement Coordinator. This role is part admin ninja, part customer care champion, part operations sidekick — and fully essential to the way we show up for our introducers, clients, and partners.
What will you actually do?
Be the calm in the chaos. You're the first port of call when an introducer or client needs a hand — you’ll answer queries, smooth out snags, and make sure everyone feels looked after.
Keep things moving behind the scenes. Track lead activity, help prep for meetings, keep records sharp, and ensure no detail is missed.
Support the team that supports our business. You’ll work closely with our Strategic Growth and Relationship Managers to help turn introducer connections into loyal, long-term partnerships.
Bring order to the madness. Keep our CRM tidy, flag process snags, and make life easier for everyone with your thoughtful, detail-driven magic.
