As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a tenacious and strategic leader to drive our learner recruitment and employer partnership strategy from our Brighton hub.
The Role
This is a pivotal management position responsible for the \"Golden Thread\" of our funded courses: securing the right learners, building the right partnerships, and ensuring successful employment outcomes.
You will lead our Learner Bookings Team, ensuring they hit individual and team targets, while personally spearheading our engagement with Jobcentre Plus, the probation service and our wider referral network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learner Engagement: Lead activities to promote our courses and achieve referrals from partner organisations and agencies.
2. Employer Engagement: Proactively source high-quality job vacancies from employers who can provide our learners with a guaranteed job interview.
