Global energy infrastructure company that focuses on the renewables industry, requires a lawyer or contracts manager for 6 months due to a greatly increased workload. Reporting to the Head of Legal and working directly with Senior Managers, you will undertake a broad ranging and hands-on role. The role requires 2/3 days per week in the office and 4 days per week will be considered.
To be considered for the role, you must have had experience of the following:
• EPC contract administration
• construction-phase change management
• variation orders
• contractor claims or
• project-linked commercial risk management
Key responsibilities will include:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), client service agreements, EPC/PMC/FEED contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontracts.

Serve as the first point of contact for all NDA requests: prepare, negotiate, and finalize terms to protect the company's interests while enabling timely business engagement.

Collaborate with commercial, legal, and project teams to ensure contracts are commercially viable, risk-balanced, and compliant with company policy.

Support bid/proposal processes by advising on contractual risks and crafting negotiation strategies.
