Description As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and effective running of the production process, ensuring high-quality standards. You will work as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain an excellent standard of health and safety. Responsibilities Contribute to the edging and mounting of lenses, ensuring accuracy and precision. Follow established health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised work environment. Operate and monitor machinery, identifying and reporting any malfunctions. Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product quality. Adhere to production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection is desired. Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Flexibility to work rotating shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
