The Opportunity – Brand Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a creative spark? Do you get a buzz from building brands and turning great ideas into impactful campaigns? Then you could be just who we’re looking for.
As our new Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with a collaborative and energetic team, you’ll help bring our brand stories to life – from campaign concept to in-store execution.
We’re a fast-moving business with a lot of exciting things happening, so you’ll need to be hands-on, full of ideas, and ready to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning the Brand Vision – Develop and refine brand growth strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
* Leading Campaigns – Plan, launch and optimise multichannel campaigns across digital, social, in-store POS, and out-of-home.
* Creating Content & Buzz – Craft scroll-stopping content and manage influencer partnerships to elevate brand presence.
* Boosting Retail Presence – Support our retailers with engaging in-store activations and promotional campaigns that drive sales.
* Managing Relationships – Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track and aligned with the bigger picture.
* Tracking Performance – Dive into campaign results, consumer insights, and key metrics to keep improving and innovating.
* Collaborating Across Teams – Partner with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency at every touch point.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years’ experience in brand or product marketing, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
* A solid track record of delivering successful, creative marketing campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and digital content creation.
* Great project management and communication skills.
* A proactive, creative mindset and a genuine love for hair and beauty.
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
* Bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite skills or design experience.
