Accounts Receivable Assistant – Onebright
Finance Operations– Hybrid, Full Time, 37.5 hours, York, YO26 4GN.
About Our Opportunity
As an accounts receivable assistant, you will ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will monitor mailboxes and answer general enquiries relating to bills. You will support credit‑control activities, including sending statements and following up on payments. You will be responsible for copying and distributing invoices to the relevant departments.
What We Need From You
* Minimum 1 year of admin experience.
* Effective communicator, able to manage difficult conversations with clients.
* IT literate with intermediate experience of Excel (Pivot Tables, V‑Lookups).
