What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming prospective buyers to the sales suite and building strong rapport
Registering client details and understanding their home-buying needs
Managing and responding to sales enquiries promptly and professionally
Conducting viewings and providing in-depth property and development information
Supporting customers throughout the full sales journey—from enquiry to completion
Ensuring the marketing suite is impeccably presented at all times
Delivering a 5-star experience in line with the brand’s luxury reputation
Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and wider team
What We’re Looking For:
Essential : Previous experience in new homes sales with a recognised housebuilder
A proven ability to drive sales while offering an exceptional customer experience
Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload independently
Polished, professional appearance with confident communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day rota
