Learning Support Worker - SEN ProvisionCranleigh | Full-Time Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Learning Support Worker to join a well-established SEN school in Cranleigh.
This role involves supporting students with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD and communication difficulties.
The Role:
* Deliver tailored support aligned with EHCPs
* Assist with structured classroom activities
* Encourage independence and engagement
* Monitor and report on student progress
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 3-6 months school experience
* Previous SEN experience preferred
* Enhanced DBS required
* Strong behaviour management skills
