What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a 360 recruitment desk within your vertical
* Building long-term relationships with contractors and clients
* Managing the full recruitment cycle (BD, delivery, account growth)
* Developing your niche into a recognised market
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
* Or strong sales background looking to transition
* Someone who wants autonomy and progression based on performance
* Commercial mindset – you understand how to build revenue, not just fill roles
