Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, using AI to structure project plans and technical specifications.
* Rapidly prototype solutions and validate them with customers before scaling.
* Design and build enterprise-grade AI workflows and automation pipelines that integrate multiple systems and data sources.
* Apply AI-assisted coding and orchestration techniques to accelerate application and service development.
* Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring deployments are reliable, reproducible, and fully documented.
* Experiment with and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, providing guidance on their value and application in an enterprise context.
* Engage directly with customers during design and validation phases to ensure solutions address real business needs.
* Deliver solutions with clear documentation, maintainability, and handover readiness.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
* Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate with customer feedback.
* Strong background in software development and automation with knowledge of modern architectures and integration patterns.
* Familiarity with CI/CD practices and cloud-based deployment.
* Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, architecture, and workflow automation.
* Excellent communication skills with confidence in customer-facing engagements.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work 100% remotely with minimal supervision.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to twice per year for 1-week customer visits.
Preferred
* Experience designing complex enterprise workflows involving multiple applications, APIs, and data sources.
* Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks (multi-agent systems, workflow engines, or similar).
* Strong awareness of emerging AI/LLM trends and ability to translate them into practical business solutions.
* Experience with cloud platforms and containerised environments.

Salary: Up to £70,000, dependent on experience
