This supportive and well:resourced School caters to students aged 7:16 with a range of complex special educational needs. With small class sizes, high staff ratios, and a strong therapeutic focus, the School creates an environment where every child feels understood, respected, and capable of success. Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised lessons that align with EHCP outcomes
* Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs
* Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and family members
* Support students in developing emotional regulation and resilience
* Maintain detailed records of student progress and development
* Promote a culture of kindness, consistency, and respect
