Solicitor – Employment & Landlord & Tenant (3+ years PQE)
Leighton Buzzard | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) plus bonus
We’re seeking a Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join a friendly, forward-thinking firm in Leighton Buzzard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, with a caseload split across:
50% Employment Law (advisory and contentious)
40% Landlord & Tenant (residential and commercial)
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of mixed work, including:
Employment advice for both employers and employees (contracts, redundancy, grievance/disciplinary, settlement agreements, and tribunal work)
Landlord & tenant matters including possession, lease renewals, and rent recovery
Advocacy experience is a plus, but not essential, we’re open to candidates who are keen to develop this area.

About You
Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
Strong technical knowledge across employment and property litigation
A proactive, confident communicator who enjoys direct client contact
Commercially minded, with an interest in supporting local employers and helping businesses stay legally compliant
Enthusiastic about contributing to the firm’s growth and local presence
