Were looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to take ownership of all internal data and reporting within our Plant and Transport function. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by helping us optimise operations ensure compliance and reduce costs through data-driven insights.
What youll do
* Collect and manage data from multiple sources including asset management systems telemetry fuel providers and maintenance records.
* Analyse trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to keep stakeholders informed.
* Monitor KPIs such as fleet availability and utilisation to track performance.
* Recommend strategies to streamline processes and cut costs.
* Collaborate with fleet managers maintenance teams and senior stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
What were looking for
* Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables) and Power BI (Tableau experience is a plus).
* Experience with database query languages.
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Clear communicator who can explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
* Organised proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
