* Monday-Thursday | 07:00 - 16:00 (with 30-minute lunch)
* Friday | 07:00 - 11:15 (hello, early weekend!)

️ About the Role
As a Soldering & Assembly Worker, you'll play a key role in the heart of our manufacturing process - assembling and soldering components that bring our bespoke lighting products to life.
You'll be:
* Assembling and wiring products with care, precision, and attention to detail
* Hand-soldering wires to printed circuit boards
* Mixing and filling electronic assemblies with 2-part resins
* Testing and quality-checking your finished work
* Managing your own workload while collaborating with your team leader
* Helping us maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
Product training will be provided - but your steady hands, problem-solving mindset, and passion for craftsmanship will be what set you apart.

⚙️ What You'll Bring
* Experience in electrical wiring, soldering, or assembly
* Ability to read wiring and assembly drawings
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Comfort using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, soldering irons)
* A team player who's flexible and proactive
* Excellent communication skills
