The Role
We seek an experienced Planning Manager for the EasyJet account, a major client. You will be a key member of the UK and WW hub teams, representing UK and international market interests, and supporting day-to-day account management, reporting, and execution excellence.
70% of your time will focus on the UK planning team, leading and supporting media recommendations based on insights/data. The remaining 30% will support the WW team, coordinating planning across markets.
We desire an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of building strong relationships within a multidisciplinary team.

Who are the clients?
easyJet is a leading low-cost European airline operating across 36 countries with 336 aircraft. They offer holiday packages to encourage leisure travel and have recently launched new holiday offerings. We work with easyJet across 7 EMEA markets, mainly the UK, France, and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support UK Planning Director on RTBs and manage smaller RTBs with team support.
* Assist WW account team with market coordination and planning.
* Manage internal meetings, project trackers, and reporting accuracy.
* Build relationships with investment teams and manage workload.
* Champion the network, sharing best work and raising standards.
* Oversee local media activation and reporting.
* Lead campaign evaluations with support from teams.
* Present work to clients and partners confidently.
* Manage financial aspects of the account.
* Resolve planning issues proactively.
* Support media updates and market research.
* Deepen understanding of the brand and market challenges.
* Promote agency capabilities and proprietary services.
* Support integrated campaigns and use agency tools.
* Coach and develop the Planning Executive.
* Enhance the account’s profile within the agency.
Skills and Experience

* Proven media planning experience from brief to PCA.
* Excellent presentation skills.
