We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading and most established property developers to appoint an experienced and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of high-quality Build-to-Rent developments. This is a key role focused on delivering exceptional building performance and resident experience, ensuring developments are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard. As Facilities Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of multiple BTR assets. You’ll lead on-site facilities delivery, manage contractors, and ensure a seamless living experience for residents. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site facilities management operations across allocated BTR developments Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and reactive works Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation and statutory requirements, including fire safety and building safety regulations Manage and monitor contractor performance, service levels, and KPIs Take ownership of service charge budgets, cost control, and financial reporting Support lifecycle planning, asset performance, and ongoing building improvements Work closely with property management and on-site teams to enhance resident satisfaction and retention Act as a key point of contact for residents, stakeholders, and internal teams Maintain accurate records and reporting via CAFM systems (e.g. MRI Evolution) About You Proven experience in facilities management within Build-to-Rent, residential, or mixed-use environments Strong working knowledge of UK health & safety and compliance frameworks Experience managing service charge budgets and contractor relationships Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills with a resident-first mindset Confident using CAFM systems and reporting tools Whether you’re looking to gain exposure to BTR or take the next step within the sector, this is a fantastic opportunity—apply now!
