The Role Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of mid-level roles across both fee-earning and corporate functions. Key responsibilities include: End-to-End Recruitment Delivery Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for part-qualified, newly qualified, and mid-level roles. Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, agree hiring strategies, and deliver a professional, inclusive candidate experience.
