FP&A Manager Location: Dummer, Basingstoke (Hybrid) SCG is seeking its first FP&A Manager to build and lead our financial planning and analysis function. As we continue to scale, this role will be pivotal in shaping our forecasting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making capabilities. Reporting directly to the CFO, youll have the opportunity to design and own our financial model from the ground upsupporting short-term performance and long-range strategic planning. This is a high-impact role that will provide leadership with critical insights, drive financial discipline, and help steer the companys future. Key Responsibilities Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning Own and evolve SCGs 3 Statement financial forecast model (P&L, BS and cash flow) Lead the quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting process and multi-year planning cycles Develop budget allocation frameworks to empower teams and enhance accountability Conduct scenario analysis and support strategic initiatives with robust financial modelling Reporting and insights Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Create insightful dashboards and presentations that highlight key financial trends and business performance. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects and investment decisions. Business Partnering Align financial plans with KPIs and ensure performance is tracked and managed Provide financial input into sales strategy & technology investment Act as a trusted finance partner for centralised functions Continually improve and develop efficiencies within FP&A Skills & Experience ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience in FP&A roles, ideally in high-growth complex environments (Both PE & Corporate experience preferred) Expertise in building integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong background headcount forecasting & OPEX Can do attitude with attention to detail and commercial curiosity Excellent communication skills Comfortable initially leading cross-functional processes without direct reports Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Why Join SCG?
