Job Title: Business Administrator (Supply/Temporary with Potential for Permanent Role)
Location: Local Primary School near Kirton Lindsey
Working Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch)
Contract Type: Supply basis with the possibility of becoming permanent
annum (salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and will be discussed at point of registration)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Administrator to join a friendly primary school near Kirton Lindsey. This temporary, supply-based position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to become a vital part of the school’s administrative team, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing school administration and correspondence
Assisting with pupil records and attendance
Supporting staff with administrative tasks
Handling phone calls and visitor inquiries
Contributing to the smooth running of daily school operations
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Proficient in MS Office and school management systems
