Overview
Stock Movement Controller – Derby, UK. Rate of pay: £13.31/hour. This role reports into the inventory team and supports the production of meal kits while ensuring that Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation of meal kits and ensure the smooth and efficient flow of inventory and supplies necessary for meal kit production. Monitor stock levels, replenish ingredients and action FCMS and packaging replenishment tasks, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
* Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and maintained. Cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. Report incidents immediately and raise health and safety-related concerns to the Line Manager.
* Undertake basic problem solving activities and escalate to the Stock Movement Supervisor where necessary.
* Replenish ingredients/packaging materials to pallets or trolleys using scanners (FCMS and other items as needed to support production).
* Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate stock levels and coordinate order placement with Inventory team.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
* You may be required to handle a full range of HelloFresh products, including alcohol, pork, beef and other animal products.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry.
* Familiarity with Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
* Proficient in using MRP/scanners/warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (relevant certification is a plus).
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Work Schedule: Option 1: Stock Movement Controller Days 42hrs: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 07:00am - 19:00pm; Option 2: Stock Movement Controller Nights 42hrs: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 07:00am - 19:00pm
